Bungalow Usage Policy
Even in cases where the representative of a group can speak Japanese, we have experienced an increasing number of issues such as damage to facilities, excessive noise, and violations of our rules due to difficulties in communicating our guidelines to accompanying guests. Therefore, we must respectfully ask that all guests using our bungalows or cottages, including accompanying individuals, be Japanese nationals. We sincerely regret having to take this measure, but it is necessary to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all visitors. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
団体代表者が日本語を話せる場合でも、同伴者へのルールの伝達が困難なため、施設の破損、騒音、ルール違反などのトラブルが増加しております。 そのため、バンガローまたはコテージをご利用いただくお客様は、同伴者を含め、すべて日本国籍の方に限らせていただきます。 このような措置を取らざるを得ないことを心よりお詫び申し上げますが、すべてのお客様に安全で快適な滞在をご提供するために必要な措置です。 何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
